At Get Gym Gear, we are committed to delivering your heavy-duty fitness equipment securely and efficiently. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our main facility in Indonesia.

Please note: Get Gym Gear is based in Indonesia. We fulfill all orders directly from our warehouse to ensure quality control. We are not a local reseller in the destination country.

At this time, shipping services are available only to the regions listed above.


Shipping Schedule & Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure safe handling of heavy gym equipment (such as Treadmills), we utilize specialized freight shipping.

Order Processing

  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7 – Western Indonesia Time).

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). We need this time to crate and secure your heavy equipment.

For International Customers (International Sea Freight)

Because our products are oversized and heavy, we ship via Ocean Freight to keep shipping costs reasonable for you.

  • Shipping Method: International Sea Freight.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 18 – 25 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 19 – 27 business days (includes handling time).
  • Why the delivery time? Heavy gym equipment requires special logistics (loading, customs, and sea travel) to arrive damage-free. We appreciate your patience!
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

For Customers in Indonesia (Domestic)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (depending on region).

Shipping Costs

International Orders

  • Flat Shipping Rate: USD 90.00

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders over USD 500.00

Domestic Orders (Indonesia)

  • Free Shipping: We offer 100% free standard shipping to all regions in Indonesia.

Our Logistics Partners

We partner with established global carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • International: We use Maersk Line for ocean transport. Final mile delivery to your door is handled by FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or specialized local trucking partners.

  • Domestic (Indonesia): JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and Indah Cargo.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier’s official website or our Track Order page.

  • Important for International Orders: Since shipments travel via sea, tracking updates may be static for a few days while the vessel is sailing. This is normal. Tracking will update frequently once the cargo reaches the destination port and clears customs.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Handling Fees

For orders shipped to Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or courier handling fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • They are determined by the local customs authorities of the destination country and are the full responsibility of the buyer.
  • Get Gym Gear is unable to estimate or influence these charges.
  • Domestic Orders shipped within Indonesia are not subject to international import duties or customs taxes.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.


Delivery Issues

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to claim it:

  1. We will notify you via email.
  2. A reshipping fee of USD 90.00 will be required to resend your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Contact us immediately at sales@getgymgear.com
  • Include your Order Number.
  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged). We’ll coordinate with the carrier and resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@getgymgear.com immediately.

  • Important: Once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the freight carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to receive the item first and follow our Return Policy if you wish to return it.
